We currently ship throughout the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Since each item is made to order, production typically takes 2-5 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.
Why is my order made to order?
Making products only after they’re ordered helps reduce waste and overproduction while ensuring every item is freshly made just for you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to replace it or provide another solution.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product includes a detailed size guide. We recommend checking the measurements before ordering to ensure the best fit.
How should I wash my apparel?
For the longest life:
- Wash inside out in cold water.
- Use a gentle cycle.
- Tumble dry on low or hang dry.
- Do not iron directly on the printed design.
- Avoid bleach.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to accurately represent every design, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process.
Do you accept custom orders?
At this time we primarily offer our own original designs. Stay tuned for future custom artwork opportunities.
